Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Devices A. Acquisition and installation of required equipment: AED devices, accessories, Information Technology (IT) tools, signage, alarms, cabinetry and protective cases. B. Device service event scheduled within the first forty-five (45) days of notice to proceed 1. Vendor will travel to each device site to perform maintenance, clean devices, assess current readiness status, update inventory, make recommendations for future device placements ; 2. Web-based Program Management Software A. Define the structure of the IT tools for program use. B. Collaborate with MARTA IT services to ensure program compatibility. C. Provide a system for tracking all AED serial numbers. D. Provide an online platform/web-based program to manage the devices in the system. This platform will allow unlimited user ID and credentials for the AED program team members. ; F. System set-up — Vendor shall utilize serial numbers to establish a tracking system established by the AED program manager. G. Monthly tracking of expiration dates of batteries and electrode pads and corresponding monthly report provided to MARTA on the 15th day or as otherwise determined. H. The web-based system shall provide online AED inspection readiness check reminders monthly ; Reporting A. Vendor shall provide an initial one (1) time assessment report of system devices, placement, with indicators for additional need. B. Vendor shall prepare a report of findings upon completion of inspection and maintenance of equipment.
