Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Chain of Custody Report will indicate time of test. B. Service Provider will be responsible for providing all supplies essential to the collection, identification, packaging and transportation of specimens to the testing site(s) for onsite collection, at no additional charge to the County. All specimen containers will conform to the applicable statutes and regulations to assure that the specimens retain the integrity required to minimize the possibility of damage during shipping. C. Service Provider will receive urine specimens from external collectors, conduct the initial drug screen, the confirmatory test, if necessary, and report the final results of each completed test to the Service Provider's appointed MRO. D. The handling of all specimen collections shall be conducted in accordance to applicable federal regulations and guidelines to assure the integrity of the specimen and privacy of the donor. E. Service Provider will maintain strict confidentiality conforming to the applicable statutes and regulations. F. The Service Provider will provide suitable collection site locations for collection of specimens from Chatham County employees, agents and candidates for employment to accommodate evening, night and weekend shift assignments as well as post-accident or reasonable suspicion testing within a reasonable time span to minimize time “out of service.”
