Specifications include, but are not limited to: Project Specific The work included in this project consists of but is not limited to: a) Demolition of a one story portion of the existing facility, including adjacent concrete (i.e. sidewalks, steps, etc.) b) Remove/relocate utilities that have either been abandoned or need to be removed as part of the new building and site plan c) Remove portions of the existing asphalt parking lot in preparation for new asphalt and/or permeable pavement d) Enlarge the existing detention pond e) Minimal renovation and updates to the finishes in the existing gymnasium f) Addition of a one story frame and block building (including office space, a multi-purpose room, restrooms/locker rooms, and a commercially rated kitchen) g) Rework and enlarge the existing parking lot; include permeable paving
