The City of Alpharetta is requesting bids for (1) 12” disc wood chipper to be used by the Recreation, Parks and Cultural Services department. • 12” disc wood chipper • Diesel engine • Minimum of 70 horsepower • Must be towable • Self-feeding/auto-feed mechanism • Fold up feed table • Reversing automatic feeder • Hydraulic winch w/minimum 200 ft. rope • Low noise level • Safety features such as, but not limited to, emergency shutoff, last chance cable, operator safety control bar, guards, and safety sensors. • 3 year/2000 hour warranty • Service location must be within 30 mile radius of Alpharetta City Hall at 2 Park Plaza, Alpharetta, GA 30009. • Pricing: Must be out-the-door, all-inclusive pricing with no taxes, no delivery charges, etc. • Delivery location: 11915 Wills Road, Alpharetta, GA 30009 • Delivery will be coordinated with the Recreation, Parks & Cultural Services Fleet Manager or designee.
