Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Quotes (eRFQ) is being issued to establish a contract with one or more qualified suppliers who will provide Website Design Project Management Professional Servicesto Bainbridge College (hereinafter, the State Entity) as further described in this eRFQ. Bainbridge College is seeking Website Design Project Management Professional Services. 1.1. Build the team: engage on site with college offices including (but not limited to) College Relations, Student Services, Student Activities, OIIT, Academic Affairs, Center for Teaching Excellence, Blakely Center and Office of Development to identify roles and assign responsibilities. 1.2 Conduct interviews with key stakeholders 1.2. Engage the team on site to research available solutions and identify requirements for a new content management system (CMS). 1.3. Create a project plan and scope of work needed for the main website redesign to include information architecture, web and graphical design, and usability testing. 1.4. Conduct all meetings and presentations and provide deliverables, with a minimum of two (2) on-site visits. We want to utilize technology for meetings when possible. 1.5. Provide all work products in electronic format. 1.6. Include all costs with a pricing structure as a total fixed priced billable at the end of each month.
