Specifications include, but are not limited to: Website design including the following: Website Design shall include the following: 1. Develop web architecture to identify navigation and number of pages 2. Develop a customized design concept. 3. Develop mobile capability and incorporate social media 4. Develop internal web page templates based on selected homepage. 5. Design additional web graphics, buttons, and/or icons. 6. Website content and format will be designed to have the capability to be used to produce the College's catalog. Website Design shall include the following: 1. Project management contract delivery and programming, creating responsibility check list, and timeline for completion. 2. Provide recommendations on web hosting and maintenance. 3. Contractor agrees to provide a web-based content management system and provide the Altamaha Technical College website administrator the ability to add, edit, and remove pages to the entire website without any special skills or software. 4. Incorporating Google Analytics or a similar program. 5. Contractor shall ensure that the appropriate staff of the College will be trained on how to use the website and content management system. 6. Contractor will provide photography services that are necessary to produce professional photographs which shall be used in the new, redesigned website of the College.
