Specifications include, but are not limited to: An existing Carrier 2ton Packaged Rooftop unit that needs replacement. Contractor to provide and install the systems as detailed below: Equipment: • Install new Carrier 48VL-E240603-GP 2ton Package gas/electric unit, Low Ambient Control, Louvered Panels (CPLOUVER012A00), Filter Rack (FLTR-SDSML-CD), and Winter start control. • Contractor is to provide all necessary equipment, disposal of old equipment, Crane Cost, condensate drain piping, approved emergency condensate cut-off designed for use with the specified rooftop equipment, reconnection of gas piping installed per code, new disconnect and associated wiring, controls and control wiring, permits and fees, labor, etc. for a complete installation. • Equipment to have 5 year all parts warranty, 1 year labor warranty. Controls & Owner Training: • Install Controls including: Reuse existing Carrier Wall Controller. • Equipment must be integrated into the county’s existing Carrier iVu Control System.
