Specifications include, but are not limited to: Equipment: • Install new Carrier 50VT-C24---3-AD 2ton Package heat pump unit with 5kw auxiliary heat, Low Ambient Control, and Winter start control. • Contractor is to provide all necessary equipment, disposal of old equipment, Crane Cost, condensate drain piping, approved emergency condensate cut-off designed for use with the specified rooftop equipment, new disconnect and associated wiring, controls and control wiring, permits and fees, labor, etc. for a complete installation. • Equipment to have 5 year all parts warranty, 1 year labor warranty. Controls & Owner Training: • Install Controls including: Reuse existing Carrier Wall Controller. • Equipment must be integrated into the county’s existing Carrier iVu Control System.
