Install one GPS-FC48 self-cleaning Ionization device. Contractor is to provide all necessary equipment, disposal of old equipment, Adapter Curb, Crane Cost, Gas Piping per current code requirements, condensate drain piping, approved emergency condensate cut-off designed for use with the specified rooftop equipment, new disconnect and associated wiring, controls and control wiring, permits and fees, labor, etc. for a complete installation. SPECIAL REQUIRMENTS: Contractor’s bid shall include a new test and balance. Supply airflow to be at 2000CFM with 375CFM of outside air. Contractor’s bid shall include all electrical requirements for a complete operable system per code. Contractor’s bid shall include a new electrical disconnect and whip to new RTU. Contractor’s warranty shall cover the new equipment and associated work only for a period of 1 year. Manufacturer Equipment warranty to cover 5 year all parts including compressor and 10 year heat exchanger. Contractor to recover refrigerant per EPA guidelines.
