Contractor is to provide all necessary equipment, disposal of old equipment, Adapter Curb, Crane Cost, Gas Piping per current code requirements, condensate drain piping, approved emergency condensate cut-off designed for use with the specified rooftop equipment, new disconnect and associated wiring, controls and control wiring, permits and fees, labor, etc. for a complete installation.
