All vegetation/trees shall be removed 50 ft horizontally beyond the outside edge of paved shoulders and curbs on the mainline and ramp areas of the project. Removal shall not extend beyond right-of-way limits. Trees/Vegetation located outside the 50ft horizontal area with limbs or branches encroaching within that 50ft horizontal area shall be trimmed/removed, if tree trimming removes 25% or more of the tree canopy the entire tree shall be removed. If the existing Right-of-Way Line cannot be easily recognized, the GDOT Inspector will aid the Contractor in identifying existing Right-of-Way. Hazardous, dead, diseased, dying and/or leaning trees within the GDOT R/W limits SHALL be removed. The contractor shall be responsible for submitting their Traffic Interruption Reports (T.I.Rs), calling in their TIRs, and calling out their TIRs for the proposed project. All Vegetation/Trees cut in this operation are the responsible of the contractor to be disposed of properly off GDOT Right Of Way.
