All responses will be used for market research and planning purposes, to include, but not limited to determining the appropriate acquisition strategy and whether this requirement is eligible for a set-aside. No solicitation is being issued at this time but may be issued later. The Birmingham VA Medical Center, located at 700 19th St S, Birmingham, AL 35233, requires a contract for temporary lodging services to accommodate VA Beneficiaries authorized overnight stays under the VA Hoptel Program as described in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) draft. Interested, capable, and qualified vendors are encouraged to review the entire announcement, including attachments before responding to this notice. Responses to this notice shall be forwarded to Lasonja Harvey via e-mail at Lasonja.harvey@va.gov no later than Thursday, December 18, 2025 at 2pm ET. Responses to this notice are not considered quotes and will not be used to form a binding agreement.
