The Troup County School System is requesting a proposal from interested and qualified Construction Management Firms for the construction of the following projects: • Renovations and Modifications to Unity Teaching & Learning Center o Renovations and Modification to include, but not limited, to: Flooring Paint Ceilings Millwork Doors and Hardware Wall repairs Auditorium Renovations Window Replacement Power and Low Voltage Upgrades Lighting Modifications HVAC Modifications Signage Parking ADA Accessibility modifications Canopy repairs Gutter and Downspout replacement Conversion of existing spaces to Conference and Meeting Rooms Creation of new Security Vestibule o Renovations and modifications are anticipated to be phased
