Specifications include, but are not limited to: The contractor agrees to furnish at all times the required number of properly trained and equipped and uniformed guards as specified in the operating schedule, who shall be of good moral character, without record of conviction of criminal offenses, other than minor traffic violations. Guards must possess good judgment, alertness, tact and an even temperament and must have the physical capability to perform security service at the DeKalb Addiction Clinic, 455 Winn Way, Decatur, GA. 30030. In order to achieve the objectives of this security program, it is reasonable and necessary that the DeKalb Community Service Board establish and requires certain standards of qualifications prior to the Contractor assigning an employee to perform services for this facility
