ETutoring Services must comply with the following: Tutors must work in only one (1) tutoring session at a time. Must have audio, video, and screen sharing capabilities within the tutoring sessions Must be able to allow users to integrate and log in seamlessly (single Sign On) from within the LMS platform D2L Brightspace and Canva. Must allow for group tutoring (multiple students in one tutoring session) and archiving of these sessions. Must provide tutorial support for employability and career services; resume/cover letter writing, mock interview session. Campus administrators must have 24/7 access to a reporting dashboard and/or connect to the service via an API to programmatically pull usage data Tutors must have degrees in the areas they are tutoring. Archives of all student/tutor interactions (live sessions, audio/video records if applicable, essay responses) must be accessible by both students and campus administration through a reporting dashboard. Must provide mechanism for tutors to alert faculty and administrators through reporting dashboard of follow-up needed for students. Tutors must be scheduled to provide 24/7 availability of subjects for drop-in tutoring - no advanced scheduling required.
