Services required may include, but are not limited to: • Transportation Coordination – charter buses, air travel and local transit solutions • Lodging Arrangements – booking and managing hotel accommodations for student groups • Meals – Capacity to arrange meal packages or facilitate group dining reservations (when required) • Itinerary Support – Assisting with route planning, stopovers, and time management • Customer Service – Offering responsive communication before and during trips including 24/7 emergency service during the trips. • Travel Safety & Compliance – Providing insurance, emergency support, and meeting University and federal travel policies (when applicable). Security services will be needed for trips where minors are attending.
