Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State Botanical Garden of Georgia, located in Athens, GA and the Coastal Georgia Botanical Gardens, located in Savannah, GA, are requesting proposals for a ticketing system for their holiday light exhibits, Winter WonderLights at the State Botanical Garden in Athens, GA and December Nights and Holiday Lights at the Coastal Georgia Botanical Gardens in Savannah, GA. The primary function of this software will be the ability to sell tickets, scan tickets and add-ons, and provide a solution for ticket scanning/entry to the event. These events handle between 25,000 and 50,000 guests annually and the system must provide an easy-to-use experience for both the customer and the end-user. The system must also provide detailed event reporting and metrics. There is the possibility for expansion of the selected system to additional events at both locations, dependent on performance of the system as judged solely by the staff at the State Botanical Garden of Georgia and the Coastal Georgia Botanical Gardens. Award of this RFP does not guarantee exclusivity of a singular system for ticketing purposes at either location outside of the above referenced holiday light events during the contract period.
