Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of this contract is for the demolition and proper disposal of the trade fixtures and miscellaneous structures including: 1. MS-1) City of LaGrange monument sign; Curving CMU/brick veneered wall with stucco finish on back side approximately 60 LF x 6 FT in height x 14 IN in width between 2 CMU/brick veneered 3 FT x 3 FT x 6 FT 6 IN columns and associated footings. Cap irrigation line at Right of Way and remove irrigation components. Remove flood lights. 2. MS-2) Sign frame, wood 4 IN x 4 IN members, and associated footings with landscape blocks of island approximately 16 FT x 6 FT x 16 IN in height 3. MS-3) Recycling Center security chain link fence with screening material (85 LF +/-); and MS-4) Wood security light pole, fixture and associated footing. All improvements must be completely demolished and removed from their present site. All demolition debris must be removed and disposed of properly in an appropriate landfill or recycled in accordance with the provisions of the Georgia Comprehensive Solid Waste Management Act of 1990 and the Georgia Rules for Solid Waste Management Chapter 391-3-4. The work will be completed in strict accordance with the DEMOLITION TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS, Office of Right of Way, Property Management, dated April 2018. (DEMOLITION TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS). Upon receipt of the Purchase Order, the consultant shall submit 811 information for dig permit and utility locates immediately. GA EPD notification through GEOS portal is not required.
