• Inspection and pumping of outside grease traps o Scrape and clean baffles and walls. o Vacuum grease, sludge, and walls. o Insure proper flow to include snaking the cleanout if necessary. o Respond to calls for service within four business hours. o Make scheduled service calls throughout the year at each location. o Price includes all labor, materials, transportation, dumping fees, and any other cost related to providing the service in total. o A copy of all service tickets shall be left at the site and another copy sent to the School Nutrition Department. o All materials used shall be environmentally safe. o Clean the solid food intercepting pipe each time the grease interceptor is pumped. • Inspection and pumping of inside grease traps o Remove cones, scrape and clean walls with a pressure washer. o Pressure wash walls, vacuum grease, sludge, and walls. o Insure proper flow to include snaking the cleanout if necessary. o Replace flat or round lid gasket as needed. (The gasket must be under the lid) o Respond to calls for service and emergency calls within four business hours. o Make scheduled service calls throughout the year at each location and provide a date and estimated time in advance of the pump day. o Pumping must be scheduled after serving time to not interfere with lunch: Elementary 1:00 PM, Middle 2:50 PM, and High 2:00 PM. ( A date of service must be given to cafeteria managers so they will be on hand for the service) o Price includes all labor, materials, transportation, dumping fees, and any other cost related to providing the service. o A copy of all service tickets shall be left at the site and another copy sent to the School Nutrition Program. o All materials must be environmentally safe.
