Work will involve the development of multiple deliverables to be used in informing ARC’s planning, policies, and practices related to surface transportation carbon reduction. The Consultant will conduct bi-weekly (once every other week) project management meetings throughout the duration of the contract. The time, date, location, and format of the meetings will be determined through joint agreement in the Project Management Plan or Stakeholder Engagement Plan. The Consultant will attend ARC committee, planning team, external stakeholder meetings, and other meetings critical to the successful performance of this scope of services, not to exceed the project budgeted hours and fee. Total number of meetings to be defined in the Project Management Plan or Stakeholder Engagement Plan.
