Include court striping for singles and doubles. 2.3 Net Posts & Accessories Supply and install center strap anchors, net posts, tournament‑grade nets, and windscreens. 2.4 LED Sports Lighting Design and install energy‑efficient LED fixtures providing a minimum average of 75 foot‑candles on the playing surface with a maximum‑to‑minimum ratio not to exceed 2.0:1, consistent with GHSA/IES guidance. Include galvanized poles, concrete foundations, controls, and a photocell/timer control system. 2.5 Perimeter Fencing Provide 10 ft high black vinyl‑coated chain link fence around the court perimeter with 4 ft high removable divider nets between pairs of courts. Provide (2) 12 ft double‑leaf maintenance gates and (6) 4 ft player gates with self‑closing and self‑latching hardware. 2.6 Bleacher Seating & Sun Shelter Furnish and install two (2) sets of 5‑row aluminum portable bleachers (approx. 15 ft long, ~50 seats each) anchored to a 20 ft × 40 ft reinforced concrete pad. Provide a pre‑engineered metal sun shelter over the pad (minimum 10 ft clear height, 24 ga. roof panels, snow/wind rated to IBC 2021 for Georgia).
