Grady Health System (GHS) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors for the procurement and installation of contract furniture. This RFP aims to establish contracts with a minimum of three (3) furniture dealers to support various furniture-related projects at GHS facilities located throughout the metropolitan Atlanta area. Selected vendors will be eligible to participate in both general operational and capital projects requiring furniture procurement, delivery, and installation and possible removal, de-installation, decommissioning of existing furniture. The selected vendors will provide comprehensive services that include, but are not limited to: 4-A.1 Furniture Procurement • Supply commercial-grade furniture for healthcare, administrative, clinical, and ancillary spaces • Offer furniture selections that are functional, durable, aesthetically aligned with GHS design standards, and compliant with healthcare environment requirements • Provide furniture options that meet ADA, ANSI/BIFMA, and other applicable regulatory standards • Coordinate with manufacturers to ensure timely production and delivery 4-A.2 Project Coordination • Participate in project planning meetings with GHS representatives, architects, and interior designers as required • Review and interpret design plans, furniture layouts, and specifications • Assist in selecting furniture finishes, fabrics, and styles that meet GHS standards and project-specific requirements • Provide CAD drawings, renderings, and furniture mock-ups, if required
