Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of this RFQ is to award a contract to a vendor(s) to help Develop a RFR for the Technology Roadmap Implementation (TRI) Project encompassing the twenty-one (21) projects identified in the Technology Roadmap document, be able to Provide DOR/CSE Project Management Services prior to and during execution of the TRI Project; and to aAdvise and assist DOR/CSE in the establishment of a preliminary governance model and mentor DOR/CSE in piloting the model with one or more of the twenty-one projects identified in the Technology Roadmap document. Bidders are allowed to bid on one or all three Components of this RFQ. DOR/CSE will review and consider Quotes from Bidders able to perform all three components and from Bidders able to perform only one or two components. Only Contractors on the approved list of ITS33 Solution Providers may bid in response to this RFQ.
