Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. General: The Work consists of necessary site modifications and improvement in preparation for the proposed new Multi-Purpose Facility. 2. Site Modifications: Demolition of existing asphalt drives and parking areas, concrete curbs, concrete pavements, storm water structures including inlets and piping, and other items as indicated on the Drawings. 3. Site Improvements: Site clearing and grading, asphalt drives and parking areas, site access controls, concrete curbs, pavements and walkways, walkway canopies, driveway cover, storm water improvements, including piping, catchment structure and retention controls, exterior improvements to an existing wood framed and utility building, construction of a new Welcome House, and modifications of the existing primary electrical services serving the existing facilities and in preparation of the proposed New Multi-Purpose Facility.
