Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Citys goals for this contract include the following: 1.1.1 Provide exceptional customer service to taxpayers 1.1.2 Expedite receipt of tax payments by offering taxpayers an online business and occupational tax filing and payment application 1.1.3 Streamline the tax collection process by distributing tax packages to taxpayers, receiving and processing paper & electronic forms/payments, and managing aging tax receivables 1.1.4 Provide taxpayer education services and materials to strengthen relationship between the taxpayer and the City 1.1.5 Initiate an efficient and compliant collection effort on known delinquent taxpayers 1.1.6 Identify taxpayers at risk for non-compliance and perform detailed remote and/or on-site audits to verify compliance or identify discrepancies and missing revenues due the City and 1.1.7 Provide accurate, efficient, and timely reporting to City management. 1.2 Optional Services
