This scope of work is to provide materials for T-Rail benches that will hold 24,000 Stuewe and Sons FT 135 Forestry trays for the purpose of growing containerized Longleaf and Loblolly Pine seedlings. Delivery: must be made to the Flint River Nursery facility at 9850 River Road Byromville, Ga 31007 no later than 6 weeks after receipt of purchase order. The following materials must be equal to SK Designs materials and specifications. The following materials are required: SK Design t-rails (or exact equivalent) 19’6” length for 17 trays per lane and 24,000 tray spaces. Qty – 1,418 2” x 5” x 144” x 12ga. Galvanized formed angle to support ends of t-rails for 593’ (approximately) of benching Qty – 554 1.315” od x 18 gauge x 50” length galvanized posts, 3 per t-rail. Qty – 4,266 SK Design (or exact equivalent) t-rail mounting clip for 1.315” od posts. Qty – 4,266 3” square x 14 ga. X 60” length posts for angle supports. Qty – 590
