A. “C - Building” DemoliVon and Removal – This project is for the destrucTon and removal of the red brick building located at the top of the hill on School Street. B. AEP/SSC Building RenovaVon – This project is for exterior painTng, EIFS repair/replacement, window replacement, new roof, and other miscellaneous work as idenTfied by our FaciliTes Department. C. Annex Building RenovaVon – This project is for exterior painTng, EIFS repair/replacement, window replacement, and other miscellaneous work as idenTfied by our FaciliTes Department. D. Technology Building RenovaVon – This project is for interior painTng, bathroom renovaTons, window replacement, new roof, new canopy, and other miscellaneous work as idenTfied by our FaciliTes Department. E. New Storage Facility – This project is for an approximate 10,000 square feet pre-engineered metal and insulated building. F. Middle School Parking AddiVon – This project will require a modular retaining wall, asphalt paving and striping for approximately 42 parking spaces, and erosion control. The haul-in and earthwork will be performed by the owner. G. Emergency Generators – This item requires both materials and labor for the placement of emergency generators at various locaTons on the Union County Schools campuses. Each generator should be sufficient to run and support the building’s essenTal data and communicaTons closets, access entry doors, in-building repeaters, and other essenTal data and safety equipment. H. Security Upgrades – This project will address fencing, gates, security doors, and other miscellaneous safety needs across school district.
