The 23d Contracting Squadron at Moody AFB has employed the use of the Oracle Submittal Exchange program from May 2022-May 2023, and is seeking potential sources capable of providing the aforementioned program to fulfill the following objectives:
General
• Cloud-based project management system with the efficiency and accountability required to enhance the current administrative process in the construction flight.
• Manage documents to include but not limited to: submittals, RFIs, progress reports, payrolls, daily reports, inspection reports, meeting minutes, drawings.
• Pricing based on up to $50M in contracts.
• End-User training and the service of uploading files into the cloud system.
Access/Collaboration
• Centralized access from all devices for all users with an internet connection.
• Individual license for 23d CONS with access to all stakeholders on each project (CONS, CE and Contractors).
• Unlimited users.
• Permission controls allow team members to see only designated items.
• Document logging and tracking and version histories.
• Unlimited number of documents uploaded.
• Supports multiple document types (Word, PDF, Excel, CAD, image files, etc.).
• Customizable logs for each document type for applicability to our users (construction team, CE team, contractors).
Firms that respond shall provide clear evidence that they can meet or exceed the specifications. Additionally, firms must be able to re-integrate current information stored within the submittal exchange program into the new system. This will be a five (5) year contract with one (1) base year, and four (4) option years.
