The awarded firm will manage and execute transportation safety campaigns that align with GDOT brand standards, ensuring a cohesive and impactful outreach effort. This team will lead the development of strategic content, graphic design, media outreach, and community engagement initiatives to reinforce GDOT’s commitment to safety. A critical component of this contract is fostering strong stakeholder partnerships to expand the reach and effectiveness of GDOT’s safety education initiatives. Through collaboration and partnership with state agencies, local governments, law enforcement, advocacy groups, non-profits, businesses, schools, and community organizations, the program will create coordinated outreach efforts, increase visibility, and maximize impact. It is anticipated that these partnerships will be leveraged to carry out these activities in a coordinated manner. Additionally, the firm will oversee and expand transportation safety forums, leveraging these events as platforms for engagement, discussion, and education on roadway safety challenges and solutions. By prioritizing data-driven decision-making and stakeholder input, GDOT will continue to adapt its safety messaging to meet the evolving needs of Georgia’s diverse communities
