The selected design-build firm shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to complete the following tasks: - Site investigation and analysis - Schematic and final design - Stamped architectural and engineering plans - Permitting and regulatory compliance - Site preparation and grading - Compliance with ADA standards - Construction of splashpad - Fencing, seating, shade structures, and signage - Drainage and stormwater management, if required - Water play features: interactive spray elements, water jets, misters, and ground sprays for multiple age groups - Mechanical & electrical systems: pumps, filtration, chemical treatment, lighting, and controls - Amenities: shade structures, seating, accessible walkways, fencing (if required), and signage - Warranty support: during the specified warranty period - Landscaping and hardscaping - Utility connections - Commissioning: start-up, testing, staff training, and delivery of operation and maintenance manuals - Final inspection and project close-out
