Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City is issuing this RFP to secure curbside collection services for residential household andcommercial Refuse, Recyclable Materials, Yard Waste and/or Bulk item in the incorporated areas ofthe City. The RFP is also to secure Dumpster services for City facilities, parks, recycling drop-offsand special City sponsored solid waste collection events. The purpose of this procurement is toachieve the following goals: 11 | P a g e•Secure services at the lowest rate possible by consolidating and contracting for household collection services.•Extend street and road life by minimizing heavy truck traffic throughout the City;•Consolidate collection days to minimize the number of days materials are set out and minimize littering.
