The following is the scope of work for the Berry Park project located at 5620 Old Marietta Road, Austell, Georgia 30106. 1) Remove 235 feet (length) X 4 feet (width) of sidewalk and replace with 235 feet (L) X 5 feet (W) of sidewalk. 2) Remove 153 feet (L) X 3 feet (H) X 3 inches thick of landscape timber and replace with 153 feet (L) X 3 feet (height) X 6 inches thick concrete wall (to include rebar and wipe holes). The concrete wall will need to have a fall from 3 feet (H) to zero (W) on each side of the 153 concrete wall. 3) Remove 192 feet (L) X 4 feet (W) of sod and dirt from the outer edge of the sidewalk to the inside edge of the curbing on Old Marietta Road. To replace with 192 feet (L) X 4 feet (W) of concrete. To also include removing 3 feet of damaged sidewalk and 2 concrete steps, located in the sod area. The thickness of the concrete will need to match that of the sidewalk. 4) Remove the broken inlet off Old Marietta Road onto Sloan Street and replace it with a new concrete ring and cover and to add one inlet drain along Old Marietta Road. 5) Milling/ Paving: a. Sloan Street: approximately 35 feet (L) X 15 feet (W); the area to be milled and paved is marked with painted orange) b. Perk Street: approximately 40 feet (L) X 18 feet (W); the area is marked with orange paint.
