Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Henry County Water Authority (HCWA) seeks proposals from highly qualified firms for 7/24 security and fire alarm monitoring services at it main campus, Tussahaw Water Treatment Plant (fire only) and Camp Creek Sewer Maintenance Facility (security only). HCWA has other facilities which may be added to this contract at a later date. Equipment and software maintenance is outside the scope of this RFP. HCWA uses Continental for our access control software. Atlanta Access control is contractor currently providing maintenance services on the alarm and access control systems. Security cameras are installed; however, monitoring and maintaining camera is outside the scope of this RFP. The Continental software provides all reporting currently required. The front desk and customer service counters are equipped with panic buttons. The panic button sends an alarm to the monitoring service. When the panic button is pressed the monitoring service immediately calls Henry County E911, security staff is not called.
