Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The Offeror shall agree to furnish, install, monitor and repair the proposed products and services in accordance with the conditions, requirements and specifications of this RFP. 2. All proposed monitoring equipment, components, accessories, and installation hardware shall be new and free from defects and shall be UL listed where required by code. All components shall be in current production and shall be a standard product of the manufacturer. Each component shall bear the make, model number, and UL label as applicable. All monitoring components of a given type shall be the product of the same manufacturer. 3. Offeror must be able to perform the following remote duties: a) Arm/disarm DCBOH security systems remotely upon request. b) Auto arm security system remotely. c) Monitor security system remotely. d) Monitor video system remotely, if applicable
