Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide staffing for the college Central Security Stations (Haverhill and Lawrence); Patrol and monitor the campus area and all buildings and facilities situated herein; Respond to incidents of fire, theft, vandalism, and all other types of suspicious, wrongful, or unlawful acts, including unauthorized and unlawful entry upon or use of grounds; Document incidents as required by law; complete reports of accidents, fire, unlawful act, and other incidents, as directed; Monitor security and fire alarm systems and other critical mechanical systems; Report any hazardous condition; Control and direct traffic at highly utilized crosswalks and enforce traffic and parking regulations, as directed.
