This is an announcement that the Commonwealth of MA, Operational Services Division, intends to post a solicitation for Security Services and Security Fence Rental. This contract will require online bid submission (please see Announcement document under intent tab for more information). The PMT intends to post the solicitation in early April. Bidders should not contact OSD with questions regarding this solicitation or announcement. The Operational Services Division intends to post a solicitation for Security Services (FAC51) April 9, 2007 or soon afterwards. This solicitation will require online bid responses by SmartBid functionality. Any Bidder not already holding an Active SmartBid account may obtain a free, trial account that will enable all the features offered to paying Subscribers, including online response capability, for a period sufficient to support bid submission within the procurement requirements. When the Solicitation and RFR are published, Bidders must refer to the RFR for further information about: the submission of an online response, how to obtain a free trial SmartBid Account, the deadline to open a SmartBid Account in order to be eligible to submit a response to this solicitation and training for online submission. All interested bidders must monitor COMM-PASS for the anticipated RFR and its amendments.
