Specifications include, but are not limited to: Security Services for Opening & Closing Main Gates at three (3) municipally-operated cemeteries and the option to bid on the opening and closing of two (2) parks operated by the Parks and Recreation Department. a) Monday through Friday, weekends and Holidays during Daylight Savings Time, the gates will be closed not before 8:00 p.m. The Security Officer should start closing the first cemetery at 8:00 p.m., and then close the other two. b) Monday through Friday, weekends and Holidays during Daylight Savings Time, the parks will be closed not before 8:30 p.m. c) On weekends and holidays, the Security Officer will have all cemeteries opened no later than 8:00 a.m. (Cemetery Staff opens cemetery gates Monday through Friday; security services are not needed during these normal hours of operation).
