Interior Painting Requirements: The scope of interior painting includes, but is not limited to, the following: Interior walls throughout all public and staff areas. Doors and door frames. Window trim. Preparation of all surfaces before painting (patching, sanding, priming). Inclusion of at least one accent wall per facility, with color designated by DDS. Mandatory Paint Specifications: All interior paints must be low-VOC or no-VOC. ALL paint products MUST be Sherwin-Williams or a comparable brand (prior approval of alternative paint products by DDS).
