Specifications include, but are not limited to: The DeKalb County School District (DCSD) requests a proposal from offerors to supply, configure, install, and maintain a security system integrator system with access control, intrusion detection and CCTV for various schools on an as needed basis. Awarded offeror shall provide services in accordance with the specifications, requirements and terms and conditions stated herein. Services shall include all labor, materials, tools, specialized equipment, supplies, trained personnel, insurance, travel and per diem, direct and indirect administrative costs, overhead, any other charges, and all things and services necessary to provide Security System Integrator services in accordance with the requirements of this RFP.
