This Request for Response is issued pursuant to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts regulations 801 CMR 21.00. The purpose of this Request for Response is to enter into a single contract for security and surveillance services at the MEDFIELD STATE HOSPITAL.The Division of Capital Asset Management is requesting comprehensive surveillance and security services for MEDFIELD STATE HOSPITAL. The Contractor will take responsibility for the property 24 hours a day for the duration of the contract (including all weekends and holidays). The Contractor must furnish all necessary labor, vehicles, supervision, field office trailer, electrical service, telephone service, (Nextel with direct connect radio connection to contractor’s office and OSP dministrative personnel), uniforms, materials, equipment and supplies.
