Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Evermore Community Improvement District Board of Directors is seeking a professional security services contractor to provide patrol services within the boundaries of the Evermore CID. 1. Provide unarmed uniformed security officers to patrol/monitor/report activities in the Business District encompassed within the District, in accordance to the post orders.2. Security coverage is five days a week, 365 days per year, from 7:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m. for a total of 40 hours per week, generally, but can be flexed.3. The security patrol includes building checks, suspicious persons or activities and coordination between the service provider and local law enforcement serving the District.
