Specifications include, but are not limited to: General Description:4.2Roving guards will be expected to cover the pre-determined perimeters,inspecting any suspicious activity and noting same on the daily log.4.3Guards will be expected to note any security violations on the part of Citypersonnel. This should be written up on an incident report.4.4Guards will report any physical damages to City property that might impedesecurity (i.e. a hole in the fence, broken locks, lights out, etc.)4.5Should an incident be uncovered by the City, the vendor will report, within 24hours of notification to the City Representative, in writing, why the incident wasnot reported by the guard plus all other applicable information.4.6Vendor to provide vehicles, two-way radios/cell phones, uniforms, flashlights,daily security reports and incident report forms and other equipment necessary tothe guards. (The City will not be responsible to add a landline or anything in theguard shack that is not already supplied).4.7Supervision of the guards must be provided by the vendor
