Specifications include, but are not limited to: FCS is soliciting proposals from qualified offerors to provide SAP enterprise application support for all core modules and portal functionality. Support activities may include, but is not limited to troubleshooting, configuration evaluation, testing and implementation, stack support upgrade testing coordination and activities, process improvement initiatives and system enhancement participation. In addition to supporting the existing operating environment, assigned resource(s) shall be knowledgeable enough in the irrespective discipline areas to provide guidance and insight into how the introduction of new technology impacts the FCS' current SAP operational environment. FCS is seeking end user support for its SAP ERP application which includes the above listed modules. The resource(s) assigned to provide such support shall possess five (5) to seven (7) years' experience (when available) with direct usage or support of the module for which they will be supporting. The resource(s) shall have cross-functional business experience in order to leverage knowledge in an integrated environment. There is a Business Process Owner (BPO) group with whom the resource shall have to engage. Support for the application and BPO group shall include but is not limited to:o Break-fix assistance Resource(s) to research, troubleshoot, test and implement solutions for each module area as requested.o Each request shall be tracked from initiation to completion utilizing the SAP Solution Manager module
