Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Cobb County School District (CCSD) is seeking a qualified vendor for a secure, online, webbased Claims Management Software System that will provide a comprehensive solution for registration and reporting, assessment and validation, documentation, investigation, settlement negotiations, payments, closure, and analysis of District claims. 3.1 The Risk Management software system must be an online, web-based system that will facilitate accurate and consistent entry, tracking, and reporting of District claims, insurance policies, locations, and exposures, along with the creation and management of claim transactions to include payments, recoveries, and reserves. 3.2 The Claims Management Software System must be able to integrate with the CCSD Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) program, which is currently Tyler Technologies Enterprise ERP/MUNIS version 2021.11. The system must generate customized import files for import into CCSD’s ERP program for claims payment processing and general ledger account posting and have the ability to manage the volume necessary for a District of our size
