Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of work to be included in the Master Agreement may include, but is not limited to, the following: a. Prepare Project Funding Applications and Capital Improvements Program (CIP) Documents. b. Perform Design, Bidding and Negotiation, Construction Administration, and Resident Inspection Services. c. Assist with DBE Program Overall Goal Updates / Program Administration. d. Replace automated Weather Observing System. e. Design/Construct Airfield Pavement, and NAVAIDs/ILS Improvements. f. Construct Airfield Electrical Rehabilitation and Segmented Circle and Wind Cone, Including CA/CI Services. g. Design/Construct Apron Expansion and Fuel Facility Relocation. h. Design/Construct Airport Buildings (Terminal / Hangars / Maintenance). i. Design/Construct Runway and Parallel Taxiway Pavement Rehabilitation. j. Design/Construct Taxi Lane and Concrete Slab for Hanger. k. Design/Construct Airport Fencing and Security Systems. l. Other airport-related work as the Jimmy Carter Regional Airport may deem necessary.
