1. Irrigation supplies: a. Provide (6) new 1 1/4-inch diameter, steel dry pipe yard hydrants with pump handle at locations shown on plan. b. Provide all materials and labor required to trench and install new system. c. Each yard hydrant location shall consist of pipe extending 2 ft above ground and minimum 1.5 ft below surface with frost proof valve with drain port. d. Each location embedded in crushed stone or gravel. 2. Wellness structures: a. Provide 3ft wide x 6ft long x 30” tall x 12” deep cedar wood raised bed planters as shown on plans. b. Provide wood gazebo at location shown on plans. c. Provide yoga/wellness deck at location shown on plans. d. Provide pergolas at (2) locations as shown on plans. i. Alternate #1: provide 10 ft wide by 6ft deep pergola with similar details as shown e. All construction details as shown on plans. 3. Trails: a. Provide concrete sidewalks as shown on plans. b. Provide mulch trails as shown on plans. 4. Fencing: a. Provide 4-rail horse fencing as shown on plans. b. Provide 4ft tall black vinyl coated 9-gauge chain link fencing with top and bottom rails in locations as shown on plans. i. Alternate #2: furnish and install 12ft wide by 4ft tall horizontal rolling gate including motor, all hardware, keypad with mounting post, and (6) wireless remotes. i. No electrical work - power provided by the county. c. Provide 6ft tall black vinyl coated 9-gauge chain link fencing with top rail and bottom tension wire to match existing fence in locations as shown on plans. d. Provide gates in size and composition as indicated on plans. e. Gates shall include strong arm latches and cane bolt for security. f. All posts to be embedded in concrete. 5. Plants and landscaping: a. Provide all plants and landscape beds as shown on plans. b. Provide centipede sod as shown on plans. c. All disturbed areas caused by construction shall be smoothed and replaced with grass seed and straw. No area shall be left as exposed dirt. d. Machine and hand till dirt as needed to provide loose subgrade for seed or sod. e. Fertilizer to be provided in proper mixture as needed per the growing season of installation. f. Mulch to be installed a minimum of 4” to provide a depth of 3” compacted. 6. Educational materials: a. For each landscape item installed, provide a minimum of 2 in-ground signage plaques as shown on plans. b. This includes all plants, shrubs, and trees.
