Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The successful Bidder shall furnish 1 umpire for all 6u games and 2 umpires for all 8u, 10u, 12u, 14u, and 17u games. Bidder is to provide cost per umpire per age group for regular season recreational games. 2. The successful Bidder shall provide youth recreational umpires at Cochran and Hidden Valley Park in Henry County to accommodate approximately 6 games per field each Saturday from March – May, and 2 games per field during the weeknights. From August – October, the bidder will need to accommodate 2 games per field during the weeknights. The number of games and fields may be added and/or removed during the initial contract agreement period and any subsequent renewals at the rates submitted in the bid.
