The Housing Authority of the City of Atlanta, Georgia (“AHA�) intends to enter into an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract with one qualified firm (the “Contractor�) to provide Real Estate Accessibility Consulting Services in support of AHA’s diverse portfolio of real estate assets. These assets include AHA-owned affordable communities, mixed-income, mixed-finance developments in which AHA has a current or future investment interest, real estate or properties that are currently within or under consideration for participation in the Housing Choice Program (both tenant-based and project-based), AHA’s Corporate Office Building, and other real estate where AHA has an investment interest. The primary purpose of this contract is for consulting services relating to the physical accessibility of real estate assets. The Contractor must have staff who are knowledgeable and experienced experts in the specific physical accessibility requirements contained in the applicable regulatory statutes and codes including, but not limited to, the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA�) and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act (“504�), the Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards (“UFAS�), and the Fair Housing Act. No additional specifications were given.
