Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Work generally consists of demolition and removal of existing Rail Supervisor Booths at the Airport Station, at the west end of the Doraville Station, at the west end of the Indian Creek Station, and at the south end of the Bankhead Station platforms; connecting of existing utilities to new booths at the Airport, Doraville, Indian Creek and Bankhead Stations; attachment of a new canopy to an existing beam at the Indian Creek Station; providing walls and hung glazing between existing columns at the Bankhead Station; repair of existing flooring in affected areas due to the removal or addition of booths; installing condensate drain lines for the new booths and discharging them to the existing station storm drainage systems; installing electrical and communication conduits to the new booths; installing and testing electrical power cables to the new booths; mounting telephone and fire extinguisher cabinets at the Airport Station booth; and installing and testing fiber optic communications cables to the new booths; installing and testing access control equipment for the new booths.
