1. The bid pricing is for the period of three years July 1, 2025 thru June 30, 2028 2. Replace repeater with a loaner until the Barrow repeater is repaired or a new one is purchased. 3. Can respond within 12 hours to a radio outage 4. Must come once a week for Radio Maintenance and repair, Video Maintenance and repair 5. Must be able to work on Video / Camera system 6. Must be able to work on Synovia tablet system 7. Must renews and coordinates all FCC licensing when needed 8. Must have a summer service on systems 9. Must provide installation of Video, GPS, Two way radio, Public Address systems, and more 10. Preventive Maintenance checks on equipment at no charge 11. Must have spare emergency system backup available for repeater for 2-way radios 12. Interference of 2-way traffic researched and assistance at no/charge 13. Discounts up to 25% on equipment purchased 14. Factory authorized to work on REI camera systems
